Empirical is an algorithm-based hiring recommendation engine that assists companies in finding the best person for the job. Just as Netflix analyzes a users viewing history in order to recommend what to watch, Empirical analyzes the characteristics of a companys current employees to provide recommendations on which applicants to hire and which to avoid.
