Leakwise is an oil-on-water detection system designed to detect, monitor, and measure oil layers on water surfaces. The system uses a patented high-frequency Electromagnetic Absorption Technique to identify and track hydrocarbon layers on water surfaces. This method enables accurate detection and continuous monitoring, helping to manage and respond to potential environmental hazards. Each Leakwise system comprises two main components: a floating sensor that remains on the water’s surface to detect oil layers, and a controller that processes the sensor’s data for real-time analysis and reporting.
