SolRom Holding Israeli Company

Solrom Holdings, formed from the recent merger of Solrom into 3DM, is a defense company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of electromechanical products for military and defense industries. Following the merger, 3DM acquired all of Solrom's shares and rebranded as Solrom Holdings, with Itay Moldavsky and David Maimon controlling 52.2% of the newly formed entity. The company operates two main factories in Rosh Pina and Kfar Masaryk, focusing on military packaging and harness design, and fully owns Isratek Electronic Systems Engineering Ltd.
